Daraz Chaudary Head chef and his team, have interpreted Indian cuisine and presented it in the context of the contemporary western environment in which it is served.

Daraz Chaudary has a wealth of experience having plied his trade and skills alongside top executive chefs at renound restaurants across the west end of London.

His method of cooking ranges from traditional Indian cuisine to modern contemporary dishes such as xacuti duck, lamb zaffrani, chicken chettinad, etc.

In addition to the conventional and established favourites such as chicken tikka mossala, bhuna, korma, madras, vindaloo, etc.

Focusing around the tandoor oven where bread, fish, lamb and chicken are all cooked in the authentic traditional style.

Raj Villa also has a vast and superior wine list with a fantastic selection of wines from around the world to complement the dishes.
